This is my evaluation on the entire project in total. My investigation task was good since I listed the advantages and disadvantages to all the software. I justified my softwares. I also used Harvard referencing into my work in my investigation task. The advantages and disadvantages of the 3 softwares Excel, Access and Oracle was all shown in the Investigation task.I also listed the design specification but also talked about essential and desirable components of my database that I will create. I added a time plan. I also evaluated the resources that I have listed. In my opinion I think I achieved a high range of potential in my work. Overall my database was very complex compared to my design. I added some input masks and added criteria like yes and no into my criteria in my availability design format. My database creation was displayed according to the design. I uploaded all my reflections on the tasks on my blog below.

Criteria C: Creating the solution
My work seems quite complete. I took screenshots of my work as I continued to progress furthermore. Most importantly I took 9 screenshots in different views like design view, datasheet view, report view etc. I used some complex features in my database like list box and drop down menu in it. I also added some field properties in design views. However I think I could have done better as I worked by adding more features to my work to make it look more interesting. Overall my database was good.
Criterion B: Developing Ideas Reflection
My design is quite decorated with more colors added to it. So I feel happy that I reached my goal. However if I compare my actual work to the Design I think I can do much better. I created the gantt chart adding all the topics that I need to complete in the specific time. I named all my global contexts relating to my project. I created my design tables, queries, forms and reports.
Criteria A: Inquiring and Analyzing Reflection
My criteria A known as inquiring and analyzing was quite detailed with all the information needed including disadvantages and advantages but also comparing all the softwares needed.Therefore I feel that I have reached my potential by adding as much detail i can add to it. I believe that I can still do more and try to make my work look more interesting by adding more images to it and adding colors.

Hey guys, my name is Chong Yeon Park
This is my process journal for ICT. At the moment i'm in grade 10 and this is my first post on my new blog. My first assignment is about Database. So during every IT class I will be reflecting on my work. But at the same time I will be working on my own creation of a database.
For those who don't recognise database. A database is basically a collection of information organised in a variety of way that a computer program can quickly select desired pieces of data. Databases are created as an electronic filling system. It can be created on Windows within a software called Microsoft Access.
